Great little flashlight, compact, well made and bright. The problem is the plastic bracket isn't very strong. My son was mountain biking the other day and the little piece of plastic that connects the light to the clamp mechanism broke. Upon closer inspection, it turns out that the plastic is pretty flimsy where the hex screw attaches the plastic slide strut to the clip, so it probably didn't take much effort to break it off. Let me start by saying that the description is unbelievable, the battery life is nowhere near the 8 hours in bright light as advertised. I charged mine fully, then turned it on, placed it on the table and in less than 2.5 hours it was dimming and flashing red indicating less than 10% battery left. What I expected; This headlamp barely outshines a true 1180 lumen flashlight, but given the advertised specs, it should outperform them considerably.
