The general appearance and performance of this product are excellent. The instructions are poorly written, but Bikemaster contacted me and said they would fix it. I destroyed the first set with a rubber mallet to install the side throttle. The fit is very tight, even after trimming and preparing the throttle tube. Excellent set. One reviewer mentioned that installation was difficult - quite the opposite, they are easier to install than any other kit I have used and I have installed many of them. All connections are keyed so nothing can be plugged in the wrong way or in the wrong connector. There is no battery terminal harness in the kit, which I think is a good thing. I bought these units last year before any reviews were posted. I wanted heated grips and always wanted a volt meter so that seemed like a good idea. At first I was concerned about the quality, but no more. I wired mine through a relay so it was a bit tricky but still easy. Pre-wired connectors make connection easy after power is connected.
