Sun Conure loves them

My sun conure goes through one of these maybe every week or two. They are great but I cut all the toys off of them when they arrive. Parakeets are notorious for not being good at handling the tendon, so that's fine. For the price they are the best value I could find and my baby Ra loves them. I have to admit that the sun prefers the box it came in. Instead, you can just buy storage boxes and deal with the problem head-on. Photos added for your understanding.

Don't waste money!

My bird took a look at this and I'm pretty sure he rolled his eyes! I was so disappointed with it as was my Sunny! The back wall didn't have all those beads and stuff! I hid the peanuts and things he likes everywhere. But he has nothing to do with it! And he's a smart kid! He pulled out a peanut and was done! All it does now is just stay there! Don't waste money! Create your own entertainment center for your feathered family!

Birds love it at Birds

It took a while but after 2 weeks my 5 parrots loved it. I put him on top of the cage so he can hide well. At some point I will buy another one. A month later and my five parrots still love it. This morning I found all five of them indoors together, sleeping together like in the wild. I attach it by hanging it from the top of the cage in a square parallel to the bottom of the cage. It sags a bit and everyone climbs to get away from each other. This is the best toy.

Our sun parakeet was able to bite through many pieces of plastic very easily.

Several parts of this toy are falling apart. It was very easy for our sun conure to bite a lot of plastic into small pieces. We struggled to get the piece of plastic out of our mouth. After we put away all the plastic toys, our sun conure loved playing with the wall toys. We hide his seeds and treats in the rug and he loves to get himself a treat. We also tied wooden blocks and pieces of coconut shells to a strip of leather that had plastic toys on it. He loves to. I hope it's safer for him.

I will order again.

So we rescued 4 parrots and when this toy arrived it was a lot bigger than I expected. But the birds love it! Yesterday I transplanted them into a large cage which I also ordered from Amazon, they look much better in a large cage. They play and chew and really can't get enough of this toy. Highly recommended! He stopped playing with him when I wanted to take pictures, but I'll share the picture anyway. They play with it every day!
