Description of 🏡 Bird Nest Grass Bird Hut - Outdoor Hanging Birdhouse for Canaries, Chickadees, Wrens, Finches, and Sparrows - Hand-Woven Fiber Roosting Pocket Hideaway

There are many animals around your garden that are a danger for little birds. The 8.3" x 7.1” big Hamiledyi bird hut provides a safe hideaway for birds who are escaping predators. The perfect sized front opening doesn’t allow the big predators like raccoons, hawks or kites to enter into our little friend’s safe house. During cold winter nights’ finches, chickadees, tits or sparrows will roost inside this bird hut to stay warm. It provides a sheltered warm place for birds from cold biting winds, rain or snow. The handweavers, after much thought and consideration, have designed this fiber structure and provided an easy drainage of water from your chirping friend’s house during rains. You can hang as many of these grass bird huts as you like around your porch or garden to provide a cozy warm shelter for your little-feathered friends. They love to come and rest inside these cozy shelters. It provides them with the required ventilation and comfort. This Hamiledyi 2 hole design bird hut is made from 100% natural woven grass fiber. It is biodegradable, environmentally friendly, durable and breathable for little birds to nest in. The fibers are tightly woven so that they don’t come off easily. The sturdy structure of the nest can even withstand strong winds. Safe for birds because it blends in with surrounding areas.simple and creative, covered desigh to make your lovepet provided, nice gift for your birds.

Deceptive photo on Cages & Accessories

The photo of the gray parrot is deceptive. The parrot cannot fit through the tiny holes. Of course it will be a fun chew toy for Gray. My holes are round, not square, and even the smallest court birds don't want to climb in. However, they visit it constantly and love to stand up and peck in the grass. For that reason alone I would buy it again.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Will be added later

The bird that lives on my porch immediately liked it!

Caroline Wren lived on my porch for several months. She was in a coconut house but I wanted to find something warmer with a smaller opening. I got this house and put it in my backyard. She had to work immediately! Since then she has slept in it every night. Mine arrived a bit damaged (the right entrance was cracked) but I was able to get it to work!

  • Useless Functions

Perfect for Carolina Wrens

Every night at dusk for the past few months, the silly Carolina Wren has come to visit me. He or she jumps up and down (loudly) on my covered patio, sings his song and occasionally snuggles up in Phoebe's old Easter basket, which has been sleeping there since the summer. But the old nest was falling apart so I bought this one to replace. The first night I hung it up on our covered patio, I noticed two sets of tail feathers sticking out of one of the holes. Our wrens sleep there every night…

Pros
  • Best in Her Niche
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
