Let's see what happens. Bought this vacuum cleaner in July 2017. used 3 times. Last time in October 2017 it went out after 10 minutes. We followed the instructions to turn off, disconnect and wait 30 minutes. He didn't turn back on. Contacted Bissell and they sent me 7 troubleshooting tips. Nothing worked. On Monday we take it to an authorized service center.

I had an older version of this vacuum in 2016 so I bought another one because the first one was good and did the job well. This one I bought in July 2019 is junk. The hose handle snapped so I sealed it with tape. Then the handle broke somewhere else. I compared the old tube to the new one and the plastic is thinner than the old version. Bissell sent a new hose and it's just as thin. I give it about six months before all the vacuum goes in the bin.

This was a new item with a two year guarantee. Those were the missing pieces. So far, the company has not replaced the missing parts. It is designed for assembly, heavy and difficult to move. Very handy to have a strong vacuum with a 32ft vacuum on the wall. long hose. My only issue is that the holder you wrap the tubing around is very small given the large volume of tubing. I spent more time carefully coiling the hose than vacuuming. Several times I returned to the garage and a loop or two of hose jumped off the bracket and lay on the floor. I bought this for my detailing business. Mounts easily to the wall and works VERY well. It can be easily removed from the wall as it only hangs on its hinges. It has a flat base so you can bring it to your home or other location if needed. The hose is way too long.
