The best part is that it has helped us protect our cloud applications from attacks, which otherwise would have been very difficult to manage as we do not own or control any of these servers. We are able to easily integrate with other products such as AWS IAM security groups in order to provide additional protection for sensitive data stored within those apps like databases etc., this helps tremendously! It's also easy enough for anyone who wants to use it without having technical IT experience.

It's easy to use, it handles all of our endpoints in one place so we can focus more time where it matters - securing them! The UI is pretty simple but not too simplistic that you get lost easily when doing something slightly out-of-the-box like adding or changing permissions for an endpoint. We have had some issues with getting things set up initially (and sometimes still) but they are working hard at fixing those problems as fast as possible. I like that BitGlass can be used in conjunction with other products, such as AWS WAF for additional layer of security. The UI is very outdated and could use some work to make it more modern looking/usable (e.g., adding tabs). Currently using only one API gateway but would love if there was an option to add another so we aren't limited by having 1 instance running our services.
