I ordered my street size and they fit like a second skin with no extra room in the toes, heels or anywhere else. That's how I like to sit on my dancing shoes. I wear them without socks, although I can wear a thin sock and still feel comfortable. I put insoles. With the laces there is plenty of room for this and I just love having more arch support since I use them as a training shoe.

Well made and fun to dance in. As for the size - I wear a 9.5 or 10 depending on the brand and a size 10 fits perfectly - fingers don't kink, pinch or crowd, or float in space. They don't fit as snugly as a glove down the length of the foot, but fit my normal width feet well. Someone with a wider or thicker foot is likely to get a "glove" fit. The seller sent them quickly and they arrived in perfect condition.

I'm a size 8.5 and I bought these in a size 8. Dance shoes shouldn't fit like regular shoes - they should be more like socks. There should be no free space in the shoes (and you can walk in them barefoot). You will feel a bit tight at first, but the skin is so soft and supple that it soon adjusts. The dance shop told me to go down a size, but I really found it too uncomfortable. These shoes are great - comfortable with no socks and easy to wear.

LOVE Bloch dance shoes. This is my second pair of Bloch jazz shoes as I needed a brown pair for an upcoming show. I'm a size 8.5 (just like my normal street size which is usually with socks, mind you.) and it fits perfectly (on bare feet of course!)! Soft leather adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot. Bought for my daughter who needed to replace old jazz shoes. They fit just like her Capezio brand that she has worn in the past. Suitable for her street shoes in size 7 and medium width. She loves them and prefers a slim fit as she has to do a lot of twists and turns while wearing them to classes and shows. She wore them right out of the box and didn't need to break them in as they fit perfectly. These shoes look very well made and we expect them to last as long as their previous Capezio brand.
