🍳 11-Inch Blue Diamond Cookware Griddle Pan - Nonstick, Toxin-Free, and Healthy Ceramic Review

We used the pan several times a week for 2 months. As long as a very small amount of butter or olive oil is applied to the surface, eggs, pancakes, French toast, ground beef, etc. will easily slide off and separate. When not using oil/oil we have had issues with food sticking to the surface leaving a residue that requires extra attention when cleaning the pan. We do not use cooking spray and this is not recommended. We had no issues with the grip heating up.

I LOVE IT! I have researched and researched and researched and am SO HAPPY with this product. I will be buying more Blue Diamond products but I really need a frying pan! I bought her silicone handles because my husband didn't want to use potholders. The handle was a bit small for one, but I was able to use a zip tie to attach it through a hole in the pot handle. Never think about it again. I'm excited.

Loved the many features of this pan. It was flat, had excellent heat distribution with very small cold spots in the corners. Now I'm disappointed because like others I experience a lack of non-stick coating. No chipping or chipping visible, just not as easy to care for as it was for the first 6 months. We didn't have to (but now) use oil to keep the food from sticking and it's still hard to clean. We tried using plastic utensils and only hand washed them after they had cooled.

I gave the pan four stars because of a small blemish. The finish on the top is superb, easy to clean and very scratch resistant. However, under the blue colored part, quality control is not as important as it should be. The first pan we bought had the blue paint peeling off a week after buying it so we returned it for a new one. Paint defects are also visible on the second pan. It hasn't started to crumble yet, but I think it will in the near future. Then the frying pan easily gets five stars.

I think the video says it all. I cooked three times on this expensive garbage. First time was a hamburger patty with chopped onions on the side. The hamburger cooked well over medium heat but the onion in the corner burned. I ran the pan through the dishwasher.
