Excellent product. Very thin and very high quality. Thin because the fabric is carbon fiber and the epoxy is expensive. The thicker, the more expensive. And in fact. how thick should it be It's mostly just for looks. It's definitely not plastic! (The screw caps are made of plastic with carbon embossing.) I am satisfied with this product!

I'll admit it looked good when I received it. But the "carbon fiber" peels off over time, revealing that the carbon fiber is just a sticker or laminate over a plastic license plate. plate frame. Carbon issues aside, the frame itself is still an inferior piece of junk.

This is real carbon, it is also heavily deformed. One side of the frame looks thicker because the edges don't "curl up" as much. I needed a thin bezel so my license plate lugs were still visible. This will clearly display the tabs. If you are really picky about quality I would look for a different frame. I ended up putting the thicker edge down. It will work until I find a better replacement.

Bought two, they match the carbon fiber outer fairing on my Honda Type R. They should include nuts and lock washers for stock bolts. My front number frame requires bolting through top and bottom so go to the hardware store for 4 6mm nuts. Not a huge expense, just another unnecessary errand. On the other hand, a short trip isn't necessarily a bad thing, every drive with the Type R is a pleasure to drive.

This product exceeded my expectations. It's hard, shiny, with nice rounded edges. Fits very well. I was very skeptical about getting something to proudly sit on my 2018 A4 and fit factory CF bits, but this frame is the way to go. Couldn't be happier for 1/5 the cost of an Audi accessory. The only small issue is that the Audi license plate holes don't match the deeper bolts that come with this frame so I'll either have to cut them off or get shorter ones.
