Star of the Show

Please see my Soundbar 700 review for more details, but here's a copy/paste of what I said about this AMAZING subwoofer: About the sound module. Well I hated spending $700 on bass. $700 is a lot of money! But I'm glad I did. It offers immersive sound. It's almost gone, but it's the REAL STAR of the show. I plugged and unplugged it a few times to hear the difference. And I have to say this is a MUST if you're looking for "Cinema Sound" like me. It's a lot of money, but taking out a loan is worth

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Frequency

Sounds amazing.: Speakers

Connected to a Bose 700 soundbar. It connects to the soundbar wirelessly, but it's possible to connect a wire to it. Basically all you have to do is plug it in, open the Bose app and add it as a module to your soundbar. He complements it perfectly. You can dial in the amount of bass you need, or turn off just the bass module and just play through the soundbar. This is a handy feature when you're putting the kids to bed and don't want low frequencies vibrating around the house. I just want it to

Return, wireless interference

Good: Fantastic, immersive sound (with surround back), very boomy when paired with Bass Module 700. Solid design, easy-to-use remote control (although it's a heavy rock). HF connected true, not IR). Good music streaming capabilities. The AdaptIQ optimization is great as the sound stands out in five different seating areas, which is great for home theater. No more pulling cables! The Bad: I had some issues with what I bought, lots of intermittent interference on the wireless channels (subwoofer…

One of the cleanest, cleanest bass I've ever heard

Take that from a bass player who loves deep, delicious bass - this thing delivers some of the cleanest bass I've ever heard. It's not necessarily the IN YOUR FACE RATTLE YOUR HOUSE bass (but it definitely can be if you crank it all the way up. In that case, enjoy!) It's a natural sound profile that's just there. It's both subtle and significant. You "feel" it the same way you hear it, which to me means you get very clean low frequencies. I think a lot of people's perception of good/strong bass…
