I really like this hook

I really like this hook. It puts less strain on the wrists and fingers. I can knit much longer this way. It glides so smoothly over my seams. I will end up buying more of these.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Tulip/Clover

This will be my fallback. I bought them to compare to Clover Amour and Clover Soft Touch. I personally like Kleeliebe. Nothing wrong with tulips, just my preference. Soft touch doesn't work for me. It is slightly shorter than Cupid. I keep my hook knife style. The flat grip doesn't work for me.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Highly recommended

I really like my tulip hooks. I also love my ADDI Swing hooks, Tulip is my second hook, usually if the hooks I need to use aren't available in ADDI they are in Tulip. Tulip hooks have a comfortable grip and thumb rest. If the yarn/thread seems to pull on the hook, I wipe with a soft, dry cloth, then maybe a few strokes of wax paper and the yarn/thread slides very easily again. If the pen feels sticky, dirty or whatever due to sweaty hands, I wash it with a very small amount of Dawn dish soap…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • weak
