Etimo hook

I love Tulip Etimo hook. They have a slip, hook shape and handle that I like. Crochet hooks are really a personal choice as some like the Boye hook style and others like the Susan Bates hook style. It looks more like a Boye saddle hook than a built-in Susan Bates style, but there's something about the shape of these hooks that just slides better than others in my work. Ideal for pencil grip

Other ergonomic hooks I've tried are too long and the handles are too flat to easily manipulate with a pencil. This hook is perfect. The Boye hook is smooth but grips the yarn securely and pulls it through easily. The length of the stem to the handle is just right for a comfortable grip. I wasn't looking for or expecting a speed increase, but with this hook it comes naturally. I've always used simple metal hooks, Boye or Bates, because they work well with a pencil grip but can be a little…
