The reason I ordered it was because my cat kept running into the hideout due to the busy driving. But I don't want him getting caught in a bush or anything while he's gone, too much can happen to him with that collar on. Even if he was just loitering inside, something could happen. Don't get me wrong this collar is good quality but as they say it doesn't come off so I guess I wasted only ten bucks.

The collar itself is made of beautiful leather and looks good. I love the stretch as the collars come off so easily. The string bell is so tiny and doesn't even make a sound. As the reason I wear a collar on my cat is to discourage the cat from killing wild animals. I'm not glad I paid so much for the collar that I now have to buy bells for him. Be careful when you buy a hunting collar, this collar is not for you!

This collar works well for us and our cats. Doesn't irritate the throat, works great with the collar magnet used to open the cat flap. The first set I bought for our two cats lasted a long time and was only replaced when the elastic started to look flimsy. I bought two of these different colors, one for each of my cats. I like the quality of the collar. It is pure leather but the size description is COMPLETELY WRONG. Neck size is 10.5" and the black collar I bought for her fits well.
