Robust, user friendly and dependable ERP for small businesses

The system was easy to set up with good support from our Account Manager who came out several times when we needed clarification or assistance (which wasn't very often). It's not great at communicating any downtime but it did seem like that more than once during my time as an admin there so I'm assuming this may have improved since then? No issues reported here! As you'd expect - brewing data logging/monitoring etc plus basic inventory control & production planning are all covered under one…

Pros
  • Easy user friendly interface
  • Reporting is excellent, particularly for stock turnover.
  • Able access via mobile phone app too..nice touch :)
Cons
  • Lackadaisical about emailing people back in response emails no automatic reply sent by default
  • Does look dated compared other platforms such has SFDC et al
