NOT for alcohol inks!

Sorry I missed the return date for this product because I started my project after the return deadline. I won't do it again. The paper is terrible. The alcohol ink and 91% alcohol dries almost instantly on this paper and prevents me from moving the ink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAPER IF YOU HOPE TO GET GOOD RESULTS WITH ALCOHOL INK. DO NOT BUY!

Just OK, in my opinion on painting, drawing and art supplies

I think in terms of learning how to use alcohol ink or maybe experimenting or low priority projects this paper is not bad considering the price. The problem I'm having is that the ink seems to dry very quickly compared to other Yupo papers I've used and also stains where I put the first drops of ink, even when I try to me to move. / Working with paper. ink around very quickly. She always seems to color no matter what. I would probably order this paper again to practice and test color…

Good and Heavy

I'm new to alcohol ink painting so I don't have much experience to talk about. I love this product but (and I've heard this before) genuine ink always leaves a stain no matter how much you work with the ink and wipe away. It cannot be 100% erased. It's a little tricky for a beginner because paper doesn't come cheap and if your piece breaks you can't completely erase it like you can with other backings. It's an improvement over the photo paper I learned on, but it's a lot more expensive.

It's nothing but Yupo, more like printer paper

It peels and peels. It leaves satin if you apply alcohol ink directly to it. I added more alcohol to the second to get more movement then it started peeling and peeling. The first went well. So not sure if more ink was added, alcohol, or if it eventually stuck to whatever was on top. This holds more ink than printer paper. However, the printer paper has never peeled or peeled off. Alcohol ink is expensive. If you use other media with this paper, these problems may not occur. I can't believe the

not the same but it could be good

I am an absolute lover of alcohol ink but I tried Yupo and this product at the same time. The coloring, movement and ink mixture on this paper was noticeably different. But it could be your thing. I don't really like coloring (not available on Yupo), but the movement and "texture" you can get on this paper, especially with this simplicity, might be just what you're looking for. . While I don't think this will replace the Yupo in your substrate stash, I do think this paper has its place and will
