Efficient, a bit pricey but worth the money.

I love that after a few weeks I've noticed a naturally brighter smile and less sensitivity to processed sweets. I find the price a bit high but on the other hand you really do get what you pay for.

I first learned about oil pulling from an Ayurvedic doctor I saw a few years ago. I did an Ashwagandha retreat and she gave me all the details on why oil pulling is such a great way to not only keep your mouth, teeth and mouth healthy but overall health in general. This is a very good formula that contains everything you need to start your oil extraction. The taste is very refreshing with a hint of mint. It can have great benefits, but I don't like the way my mouth feels after using it.

I know everyone who has reviewed this oil pulling mouthwash loves it but I'm not a fan. You should rinse your mouth out with a gray oily product for 5-10 minutes before brushing your teeth, it then spit it out in the trash can (oil is bad for pipes) and clean. I rarely have 10 minutes to swing, but I try to do it in three or four. It has a mild, non-fresh taste. I would prefer mint flavor. This is a great product for those who are new to oil pulling or have difficulty with the whole process. I've been in the oil pulling business for a while now and really enjoy the process so due to the cost this product probably isn't for me.
