Limited use for shooting

I give 3 stars because it does what I need it to, but barely. And other than that, it seems practically useless. I needed a magnifying glass that would allow me to read my internet radio's small display without having to get up and look at it up close. This scope allows me to do this from where I usually sit at breakfast, about 6 feet from the radio. But if I move away from the radio, the magnification becomes too weak to do the job. Great item for mountaineering where weight is the deciding factor. Only 1.8 ounces! And there are light colors, I took orange, that should help me hold this thing in place. The optics aren't the best, and 18mm doesn't offer a comfortable view like 36mm, and it's not sealed or filled with an inert gas so you'll find dust inside after a while, and also condensation on a cold morning. BUT at such a LIGHT WEIGHT there is no other option of similar quality, especially under $20. And the buildโ€ฆ
