Based on my experience, this amino acid powder is a great addition to your health and fitness routine. Helps me sleep - oh yes!

I have been using tryptophan as a regular sleep supplement for over 10 years. Nothing works as well as tryptophan for me. The right dose is crucial. I started with 500mg, then increased to 1000mg and even 2000mg for a while. I now take the optimal dose of 1000mg before bed and it continues to help me sleep well at night.
