I got them because I have a new puppy and a small child. I was about to get rid of my glass tables but then I found these and they hold the glass part to the table base perfectly!

Used as a spacer to install glass protectors on a wooden table. They work well as unobtrusive pads. The 3mm thickness is perhaps a bit more than required for this use - thinner ones will be less noticeable.

When I first ordered this product I got 5 stars. Second time ordering this product I give 2 stars. On the second order, the thickness of the bumpers was different, some thinner, some thicker. They all had to be the same thickness.

I'm satisfied! My glass-topped coffee table doesn't move anymore and is now level. They work great. They're larger than the ones that came with the table, which is a good thing because the originals didn't hold the glass in place or horizontally. It's highly recommended to just make sure the width isn't too wide for your surface.

UPDATE one year later: Changed from five stars to one star. These spacers left marks on the surface of my furniture in less than a year. Those of the glass company leave no traces even after years. They are hard plastic as opposed to those soft discs. Original: These pads are larger and thicker than the ones I found locally. About a quarter tall. You want to order enough of one type for your application rather than trying to mix and match.
