Fits my caravan! good for gear

I had trouble installing tongue locks on my trailer, this one fits WELL! A determined thief can break it, but it's bright yellow and the thief will go to the neighbors for an open pendant!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works great reliable enough

I had a TCL2 block for my 2" clutch but it was too big went back and got this TCL1, fits great. If you have a 2 inch hitch I would go with that. Near enough. This lock, together with the coupling lock, is intended to deter any thief. Well no lock is bulletproof but this one is pretty close and great for the money. I recommend a good hitch lock, BLOCKHEAD TCL1 (like this one), 2 or 3 (depending on the size of your hitch) and don't forget to padlock the safety chains behind the jack, there are…

  • Lots of positive vibes

Wow, a year later the lock wouldn't accept the key anymore.

Wow, the lock didn't accept a key for a short time after a year of use. I called the manufacturer to discuss the phone number listed on their website and got an appointment with the distributor. I sent two messages for discussion through their website and they were ignored.

Pros
  • Simple and durable push button locking mechanism
Cons
  • Not sure

Good product! Another layer of security

Each trailer guard can be bypassed. It's all about adding layers of security to make it harder for scammers to steal your stuff. I would give it 5 stars but it is aluminum not steel. Very easy to "bend". Take something like that for the trailer hitch I think and get a toggle hitch and a wheel lock and run a heavy chain, albeit around the axis, take some cameras and put a hidden GPS somewhere in the trailer so you can track your Items can be returned if they are stolen.

Pros
  • High-tech materials redefine the traditional latch lock
Cons
  • Useless features

Robust and well made - really BIG!

Of course, we won't know whether that's a good thing until the thief checks it, but. looks very well made to me. I don't seem to have space to rip it off. I'm REALLY pleased that it's durable, has a good fit and finish, and fits snugly in my hitch. Mechanism still works perfectly. I highly recommend this item to keep your trailer/RV safe. Oh I think that's COMPLETELY fake when people reject this item because it doesn't fit as it's their fault for not buying the right one for their hitch. Do…

Pros
  • Maximum security for unattended trailers
Cons
  • A few little things

I would love to see a stainless steel version!

Very handy for trailers! , but almost impossible; It took me twenty minutes to cut with a razor blade and use a screwdriver to pry the cardboard from inside the device. I can understand the purpose of ensuring the buttons are separated from the device during transport, but storing the buttons inside the device on a piece of very thick cardboard is too much! should be installed at the trailer socket. Is it just me, or does using a soft metal like aluminum indicate a lack of security? I would…
