This is a neck and back protector. It's minimal and helps save your poor wrists after you choke on expensive gear. I wish the purple thread was just black, but you can cut it if you really want to. Plus, it doesn't sit flat! Because of the keyhole loop on the side. I'm not sure how often I'll use it, but it's worth it for the convenience.

This item is incredibly comfortable! It's durable and secure, so you definitely won't drop the camera with it. However, I don't like the face that forces me to use the screw mount on the bottom of my camera, so I modified mine to work without it. It has a different jack so you can use tripods etc but I wish there was a way to "quickly disconnect" both ends. Or you just don't need to use screw fixing. I would give 5/5 if they made another one that didn't require editing.
