Disappointed with the product packaging

Disappointed with the product packaging. The cassette was actually thrown in the box. A bunch of gears and gaskets. It's good that I know what to do.

Campagnolo hardware has always been an expensive purchase, but even the cheapest of common materials, Veloce, has a reliability that surpasses its competitors in the gear market. For example, when I lived in Canada, the competing SIS system was known as "Sometimes it shifts," while Campagnolo's Ergo system was known as "Extremely Reliable Gear Operation."
