I bought XL Mix Media 7x10 albums for my daughter to use with her Copic markers because the Copics were bleeding through from page to page in the sketchbook she was using. Copics have leaked to the opposite side of the same side, however they haven't moved to the new side yet, which is amazing! I highly recommend these sketchbooks!

I've been using Canson paper for a long time and ALWAYS recommend the Mixed Media Sketchbook to anyone experimenting with different media. I'm actually not a big fan of spiral bound sketchbooks and find it difficult to accidentally rip out the pages as they are perforated. Made in France, these Canson art books are really very good. The paper has a smooth texture suitable for most materials and this particular book is thick enough for watercolor and most pencils. Canson has another mixed media book with a rougher texture that I don't want for a graphite pencil. They also have a special watercolor book which I also find too crude for a pencil.
