Generally good on fine art paper

Overall this paper is good. It's quite thin and slightly off-white in color. The markings may show through a little. I haven't tried wet materials yet, but that's what you buy for pens, markers, etc., not for drawing. I intend to put this paper, once drawn, into a more expensive sketchbook with non-white pages. It is not spirally connected. Pages come out at the slightest tension.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • May be damaged

Lovely notepad for toddlers

I was looking for a drawing pad for my 4-year-old son that met two specific requirements: 1. Pages tear out easily and cleanly2. The paper was of decent quality. Condition 1 was important because my son cried when he tried to take pages from his previous drawing pad when the paper didn't come off cleanly leaving a jagged edge. The paper used for his drawings is also of good quality. Please have fun drawing. Elephants and Birds on a Flower. Both appear to be wearing hats.

Pros
  • painting, crafting and sewing
Cons
  • boring packaging

Great sketchbook

I love that it's recycled paper (let's save some trees folks!). The paper itself is very soft and smooth. It's very easy to blend on it, which is very handy for those who are painting something with a lot of shadows. The paper is quite thin, which can be a disadvantage because if you press too hard, you'll get dents through many layers. The size is great for drawing reasonable size pictures, not too big and not too small. the whole stack of paper, which is great because you don't have a bunch…

Pros
  • Art paper

Not very wearable :-/

Fine paper but the binding was just terrible. I bought this to carry back and forth in my backpack to design/drawing/drawing classes because I tend to knead coiled wires which makes it much more difficult to use. I was in awe of this whole "recycled" thing. The whole thing started falling apart on first use: the lid came loose (although this is a common occurrence), the sheets detached from the lining at the top and bottom, and the corners of each sheet slid and crunched in my pocket, even…

Pros
  • Art Supplies, Drawing
Cons
  • Some little things
