Part of very good quality - tested with impact wrench!

Very good quality item. I've never bought Capri instruments before, but now I think they're top notch. Used this to remove caliper bolts from a 2014 Audi Q7 - the part was held in place with an air impact wrench.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Fits 2007 Jetta caliper bracket bolts.

Had to order this to remove the VW Jetta's brake caliper brackets to remove the rotors (thanks VW engineers). Good quality and decent workmanship. The tool has survived up to an 18 inch crusher without failure. I would buy this product again.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • No Performance

The perfect item for what I needed!

I needed to unbuckle the seat belt in my VW as soon as possible. The rear seat belt was caught in such a position that I could not return the seat to the upright position. The trip to the dealer would cost me €400. But after a little research I found what I needed. That was it!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Safety

Good quality best in Triple Square Drive

So the product quality was great. No problem. For those with Audi who need this to replace the rear window. you don't need it Every thread says you need it, but I just replaced mine without removing the bottom bracket. save your money Once you've removed the caliper and unscrewed the single bolt from the front of the rotor, you're ready to remove it. This piece is not required.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Zero

I used this to unscrew the Toyota head bolts.

This is a Toyota cap screw and requires a double hex drive, also known as a triple square or 12 pointed star. That's it. Of course you can use a 10mm hex which will still work, but you need it for a 1/2" drive and a long brake rod or web and you can still pull the bolt off. yes it is so hard This 12mm triple square is the only one. Very tight on the inner end of each cap screw; no game at all. All ten head screws removed.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Mostly fine, but...

Great tool. Perfect for my 2010 Jetta's rear brake pads. A little tip though, if you don't have a decent 1/2" breaker you'll need to get one to get those bolts out. The higher the floor, the better the access. I made mine on stands, but put them as high as possible to give the jackhammer room to "swing". A lifting platform would have been ideal as it was difficult to operate the levers only from the stands. I did, but it was work. The tool itself held up well and stayed in the bolt.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Functionality

Excellent tool in Triple Square Drive

Nice work. I used this tool to remove the rear brake calipers from my 2006 VW Jetta. No doubt it will take 100 years or more. For those of you replacing rear brake pads for the first time, read on. The rear caliper pistons on either side of your VW Jetta do not compress backwards like regular calipers do. There is no need to purchase an expensive compression tool to compress the piston back to the closed position. You can do this by simply pressing on the plunger with an inexpensive plunger…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Secret
