Description of Carbide Cutter Heavy Stainless Material

Cutting holes for thick metal (within 20mm), stainless steel (above 5mm), iron pipes, high alloy steel, and sheet metal plate, etc. Not suitable for thin metal. The hole cutter with spring can eject the cut slug, High abrasive resistance, extremely durable and provide fast, clean cuts in the toughest materials. The metal plate hole saw cutter with 3 distinct cutting edge, provide the excellent control of the concentricity rate, which can balance the cutting effect. Efficient Cutter for Industrial and Scientific Use

Sharp and durable carbide cutter that can drill through any heavy stainless material, making it an efficient tool for industrial and scientific applications. The cutter provides a smooth and precise cut, making sure that the hole is accurate. It's also long-lasting and requires minimal upkeep, making it a great investment for long-term use. One drawback is that it may be more expensive than other hole saws on the market.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting due to heavy stainless material
Cons
  • May wear down faster than expected with frequent use

Use it properly and you will get good results.

I used a 3"/76mm hole saw to cut 4 holes in 1/4" thick square steel tubing with a small router. The reviewer who said "slow down and use coolant" gave good advice. I did that, there were no problems. Holes are cut cleanly. The hole saw had concentricity errors; the finished hole diameter was approximately 0.030 oversize.

Pros
  • Note. You can use drilling fluid to cool the drill, which will extend the life of the cutter.
Cons
  • Available in white only

Large Hole Saw Cutter

Purchased to drill 2 holes in some stainless steel fasteners. Worked great and didn't cost me a small fortune! Have only used them twice and they worked as advertised! Still sharp and seems to be holding up well. I can't say if they last long, but I don't see why they don't last as long as other brands. If you only need it for a few holes this will definitely work for you. Some of these things are higher than a cat's back and I refuse to pay those prices for 2 holes. The remaining parts are…

Pros
  • Metal Plate Hole Saw Cutter with 3 separate cutting edges provides excellent concentricity speed control, which can balance the cutting effect
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
