Amazing Banister Shield for My Baby's Safety!

Using this product, our team found that this banister shield is an excellent safety solution for babies! It was super easy to install and the clear design blends in nicely with our home decor. It provides ample protection for my little one without obstructing the view. The only downside is it can be a little difficult to clean. Overall, we highly recommend this banister shield for any parent looking to baby-proof their home.

Pros
  • Provides effective and clear protection for banisters from children and pets
Cons
  • Requires installation with zip ties which can be time-consuming and difficult

Messy hair likes to cling to it

Does the job without being too irritating to the eyes. But with all the other baby stuff cluttering the house, this is the least. The material is quite dense. It took two people an hour to lift it 15 feet; mainly because we decided to put zip ties between all the other railings upstairs and downstairs. Stray hair loves to cling to it; but perhaps spraying on anti-static protection will help, I haven't tried it yet. My twins crawl and love the sound the plastic makes when they hit it.

Pros
  • Safety
Cons
  • Not the best

Works perfectly! Safe

I live on a ranch and our stairs to the basement are pretty open. When they installed railings (in the 70's?), they left gaps large enough for a child to walk through. One solution would be to put some sort of decorative panel on top, but that would cut off a lot of the natural light. Instead we decided to use this. I understand this isn't supposed to be safe for a long distance between the rails so we don't let him play on it and keep an eye on the punched holes to warp. 2 months in use and…

Pros
  • Door and stair gate
Cons
  • There are nuances
