Came in a decent case, the sockets don't roll around. My case is not fully sealed, there is a gap on the sides. This does not affect the movement of the sockets but does not seal completely allowing dirt or water to get into the box The finish on the next set of sockets does not match all sockets, see my photos Some look shiny and stained others are dull and worn. I am satisfied with the actual product, but the carrier or Revain's QC department has serious problems with the delivery quality. As you can see from the photo, the corner of the box was torn upon delivery and the box itself was crushed in the middle causing each piece to move in the box when closed. Initial review Upon receipt will be updated after inevitable abuse. I read a review that the size markings are not etched/engraved. Mine was engraved and etched. I don't see SnapOn doing this. I would like to thank all of the reviewers who recommended that you inspect your purchase of this item before the return period ends. It's not the dual sockets that worries me, it's the wall thickness of the 13mm plug pictured. It looks thicker in the photo than in real life. This wall is 13mm and 1/2 inch thinner than most of my non-percussive outlets. I hope manufacturers will start to believe that 3/8" impact wrenches will become more powerful and move closer to the 1/2" impact wrench…

I just got these impact bits so I don't get to use them often but I'm pretty happy with the use I do have had. They look high quality and the price-performance ratio is convincing. 48 pieces priced at around $60 are around $1.25 each.
