The large size description for this product said it would fit my bird cage but it turned out to be too big. Even stretched up the sides of the cage, the birdseed was still crawling out of the bottom and all over my floor. I then tried to return it and it said the item was non-refundable unlike most Amazon products. Be careful when you buy this.

What I love about it is that a bird that likes to poop through the bars is actually easy to clean with a rag. Easy to put on and take off for a good wash (in the washing machine). and don't put it in the dryer. I would buy two if your bird eats/poops sloppily. It keeps the floor and things inside clean. I like higher sites that are harder to find.

I like that it stretches and fits in my cage. The size of the cage I have holds 3 budgies (or a couple of cockatiels), I put it about a quarter of the way down and hide the rest under the cage. I'm tired of the fluffy feathers (boy scales) and vacuuming twice a day is boring. The elastic is tight enough to hold on to, but other than that I'd use a safety grip if it needs to be tighter. Satisfied, I regret for a long time that I did not buy it.

My zebra finches somehow kept pooping through the bars of the cage onto the wall. The color in our apartment is even, and if you try to wipe something with a damp cloth, it turns into a shiny stain. I was tired of retouching myself to death (and the building management was probably tired of me constantly asking for more paint) so I bought two of these, one extra just in case. I'm so glad I did!
