High quality bearing

I replaced the clutch on my '97 Jeep TJ and used a center thrust release bearing and it works perfectly. This is definitely a quality camp.

  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Something different

The new one still squeaks.

Concerned that after removing the gearbox I had a throw out bearing that still squeaks from time to time. I hope I don't have to repeat this setup because of a failed throwout bearing.

Bad from the Start, Best in Parts

Don't save any money. I had a Centerforce Dude clutch with a throw-out bearing, it lasted a year and got very noisy. I bought a second bearing and replaced it and it lasted 4 months. Buy MOPAR

Works As It Should: Parts

I installed a Centerforce II pressure plate on my 1994 Jeep Grande Cherokee along with a Centerforce clutch and a Centerforce Ejector bearings and I was very impressed with the amazing performance it gave my jeep. It grips 100% better than my factory clutch for an easier ride and more off-road performance. The pedaling feel took some getting used to at first, but I had to relearn how to ride. I will most likely use this company on my 67 foot Mustang and 96 foot MX6 if I ever need to replace…

Bearing creaks from day one!

To say I'm not happy with this bearing would be an understatement. I needed a new transmission because it didn't shift from 1st to 2nd as smoothly. It wasn't bad, but it got worse when it was cold. Found a good transmission. I decided since I'm doing the work to add a new center clutch and bearing. I had no clutch issues before and absolutely no noise. From the first start after the work is done, a squeak can be heard from the shift lever. The clutch is disengaged and stops immediately when the

Highly Recommended: Replacement Parts

The throwout bearing on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited started to squeak loudly and continues to deteriorate. My mechanic buddy told me that you have to remove the transmission to get to the throwout bearing, so if you want to change the throwout bearing you have to replace the clutch. I originally ordered a clutch replacement kit, a standard jeep brand, and all the bearings that came with them were very light and cheap. I found a center throw out bearing at Revain and read all the good…
