As someone who wears 3E or 4E shoes I was pleasantly surprised that they fit me. A lot of shoes labeled simply 'wide' are still too tight if they fit, but these are great. I bought these to use as a beach and water pair and I have to say they are great for that purpose. They stay in place, have a good grip on most surfaces, and are fairly easy to clean.
