I have been using this product for over a month on my 2007 Honda Accord and I love it. I find the dash mounts (they don't fit well on my dash) and the window mounts (they're an invitation to break into my car to steal my GPA box) much sturdier. The location is great too, good for GPS viewing and doesn't obstruct the view of the road.

I am replacing a cheaper version of the CD mount that uses a universal mount (clip for GPS and phones) instead of a Garmin style GPS mount, which can be attached to the back of the GPS. The regulator broke on the cheaper one as it was thin plastic with a screw to tighten it once positioned. This mount is very high quality and should last longer than my GPS. Spend a few dollars more and get a quality mount - that's it!

I bought this CD mount as an alternative to EasyBlade Discs my "beanbag" dash mount, which sometimes slipped and wasn't very attractive either. The EasyBlade fitted snugly in the CD slot and allowed me to mount my 5 inch GPS receiver in a much more convenient location. A Garmin DriveSmart 70 NA LMT GPS navigator with lifetime maps and traffic information, smart notifications, voice activation and driver alerts that's bigger and heavier than what it was made for.
