🐶 Premium Charmsong Strong Spiked Dog Collar: Ideal for Medium & Large Breeds Review

It was great. We bought it for its spectacular looks and it's wonderful. Also, we got it because no matter what collar we put on, our dog picks up odors and stinks, this one doesn't seem to do that.

I liked this collar until it broke, my dog is not big and never leashed, took him for a walk on the leash and when another dog came he put the collar on, he just broke. disappointed it's not a big dog so the quality is poor

This is a quality collar. I use it to protect my dog from aggressive dogs. She doesn't like it when other dogs get too close to her, so she often scares them away with a low growl. This can provoke dogs without good manners. As a caretaker, I appreciate this additional protection. It has saved me from a vet bill more than once.

We have had this collar for about two months now and it is holding up well. I ordered medium even though I have a large pit mix, about 70lbs. However, measurements are provided if you are in doubt as to whether it will fit your dog. The quality is good so far. Let's see how long this lasts! He's rude with collars when playing with other dogs! The price cannot be lower than the price. I definitely recommend it!

This collar is HUGE. Of course I didn't read the specific sizes until after I got them and if I had known I would have ordered medium and not large, but I have a large breed dog, I have never bought him anything smaller than large, sometimes even XL or XXL. I don't see this collar fitting any dog smaller than a St. Bernard. On the other hand it looks great! I haven't had time to use it, but it seems durable.

Definitely a $14 product; Remember you get what you pay for. Just yesterday I saw a similar style at my local pet store for $34 and it was definitely more durable, the metal parts were better quality, the leather strap was better quality so it was heavier due to the quality = superior quality. But again it was $34. Considering this item only costs $14, it's worth $14. Would I buy it again, probably not. I would go for the 34 euro version.

I am updating my review to say that one of the spikes came loose when I first used this collar. They just seem to connect, not twist. Maybe a hairpin was just an accident as they seem to be quite sturdy. I also added that my boxer wore this during his most recent encounter with the "puppy" jerk described below and it really did the trick to keep him from grabbing her by the throat and shaking her. He tried to cling to her several times and you could tell he couldn't hold on. It didn't hurt him,
