Chemical Guys HOL70016 Cleaning Fluid_Ounces Review

Product says it cleans rubber mats and keeps them looking new, well I have cleaned the rubber mats in my 2 month old truck and this product still stains and does not provide a dark one Satin finish as advertised. I even rubbed each carpet three times with a strong nylon brush. I am a professional auto mechanic and if I can't make the mats look like this product says then I can't. Looks like APC All Purpose Cleaner but no conditioner. Rubber or vinyl (Mercedes-Benz by Weather Tech) floor mats didn't seem to "spice up". Cleans well enough without making the mats slippery. I purchased this product after looking for a cleaner that would revitalize the deep black of the floor mats and clean them. I've used other products in the past that looked absolutely amazing but got very slippery. That's why I bought it from the Chem guys. First, it's my mother's car. Some reviewers have already pointed this out. This is flavored water. There are no added cleaners and/or dyes that "keep your carpets black". I am very careful with my interior design and have used several Chemical Guys products. Tried several different possibilities (including instructions) and then figured it out. First use a basic degreaser (Purple Power, Super Clean) to scrub the mat to get a clean surface. I know it says it will clean them, but that's not what this product excels at - it doesn't clean and repair in one step.
