Uhhh yeah, not worth your time and money. There doesn't need to be QC on them and it seems like some people get a diamond, other people get a bad one and most people just turn it on once and try. My problem is that it overheats after about 2 minutes and then shuts off. Also, it was very unstable and clumsy to assemble. This burner takes up a little more space than some of the burners which are more stacked and have a more central flame. However, it's not much bigger or heavier. What I like compared to the smaller ones is that the flame is more like a regular burner on a stove, so using a saucepan is much better than just boiling water. I smelled it and checked the overnight weight loss. 4 grams in about 10 hours. I was about to return it but decided to try silicone lube.
