These are great for use at the ends of ropes when holding live stitches. Ideal for holding sleeve loops when knitting a sweater body. Returning to the sleeves, all you have to do is put the tips of the pins back on.

Warning. ChiaoGoo endstoppers come in two sizes, small and large depending on the size of your knitting needle. For the most part they work well, but when I've ordered packs in the past I've either received the wrong size or they've been stripped. When they get right, they work well.

I have a set of ChiaoGoo Red Lace Twist Needles, but I often do multiple jobs with my needles. These end plugs are very useful because they allow me to remove the tips of the needles from the project (to use in another project) and keep the WIP from falling off the cable. Of course, this requires the purchase of additional cables.

I love these things! I knit a seamless top down sweater and I love that I can turn these ends over when working on the other part of the sweater. For example, I wanted to finish the body of the sweater before I finish the sleeves to make sure the sleeves are the right length. So I left the sleeves on the cables with these connectors and finished the body.
