This dash cam is the best I have ever had, the dash cam records videos and pictures very clearly, it is safe to have a dash cam in your car just in case of an accident or emergency . . Easy to install, there is a list of instructions, it takes some time, I installed it in 10 minutes, it's not hard for most people. All in all, this is a great DVR.

This is bullshit in my opinion. I can't get the motion sensor protection to work, I can't get the night vision to work, the buttons are incredibly frustrating to use. At one point I tried deleting just one video and I ended up doing 14 separate 1 second videos and I almost threw the dash cam on the floor and stomped on it. This is my first dash cam. I've done a lot of research on what to buy as this is my first time and I have no idea which one is best for me. My friend bought this dash cam and recommended it to me, so I gave it a try. It's amazingly easy to install, I wouldn't even say "install", you just plug the power into the machine and it works. I've been using it for a few weeks. It is great. I've tried other reversing cameras with dedicated monitors, but the problem with them is that there's no space to mount a monitor, so the inside of the truck doesn't look cheap. I also wanted a reversing camera visible in the mirror, but so far the image in the mirror has been too small. This product is perfect because the front or back camera image fills the ENTIRE screen. This makes it particularly easy to see what is behind you when reversing.

Haven't tried the night vision feature yet but so far I'm really impressed with this system. I use it in a unicell cutaway Ford E350 van so the regular rearview mirror is useless. My settings: 1. I used this with a Samsung Pro-Endurance 64GB and it worked right out of the box2.
