I have Susan Bates Metallic Flat Metallic Flat Knit which is used to check needle size and stitch gauge. The size 2 (3mm) Addi needles I have will not fit a size 2 hole, they will fit a size 3 hole. The box says US 2 but the cord says US 2. Me never had that, it's normal a business? All my other needles (Addi and others) fit in the holes with some room. The DESCRIPTION of this item does not match the item I received. I bought this item twice to trust the description. Wrong item delivered every time! Please change the description to match the item you are selling! The word "rocket" alerts the knitter or potential buyer that these are knitting needles, the tip of which is slightly pointed for knitting lace. The word "turbo" indicates to the knitter a nickel-plated smooth surface and a rounder needle point.

I was very happy to try these highly acclaimed needles. I bought 2 pairs of 2.5mm needles for several pairs of socks. After completing two pairs of athletic socks, I noticed that the yarn was sticking out. When I looked at the needle I saw that the finish on both needles was worn. Well, it's not Jason :-) but I'm a knitter. It was sort of a trial purchase and lo and behold I liked them so much that I bit the bullet and ordered a full set of long laces ($127). The needles themselves feel very strong, high quality, nice and smooth which is great if you knit tight like me or just want faster results.
