I like that it has many features so you can customize your system according how much data or samples are coming into our lab every day! Some of them have been difficult at times but they really work hard with us until we get everything set up correctly again - which could take some time depending upon what feature needs tweaking most!! We would love more options when adding new tests/parameters because sometimes there isn't enough room left over after all other parameters were added before this

Pros
  • Great for use in research labs
  • Very easy to learn, once trained by techs
  • Highly customizable as well if needed via user interface changes; also highly configurable through API methods.
  • Easy access controls too such an email notifications
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...

I like how easy it was to set up my first project (I have since used this system with many more). The support team are very professional and helpful whenever you need them! There isn't anything really that i dislike about cloudlims - if there were something specific then we would definitely improve upon our processes by using another product or service provider instead of cloudlims. We use cloudlims at work for all clinical samples submitted from patients who attend hospital appointments.…
