I like the brand but the quality is questionable

I have several Columbia products and have always associated the brand with quality. However, these shoes did not live up to my expectations. I've only worn them for about 2 months and the seams have torn on the sides. This may be an isolated case and I'm not disappointed with the brand as a result, but I expect more from Columbia. These boots require arch support built into the sole for comfort and support.

Great summer shoes! the best among men

Bought these shoes right before going to the beach. Perfect choice and I wear them out regularly to go fishing or to get wet. I wear 10.5 and bought them in that size. They are spacious. I have wide feet so I like them but some might find them too big. They are of good quality, very comfortable and look very nice. In the summer I always wore sneakers and shorts. These are my new favorite summer shoes.

  • Nice to wear

A comfortable water shoe that has become a daily addition

I bought these shoes for a trip to USVI and wanted something more "beachy" than tennis shoes. They are ideal for island hopping, light trekking and hiking, and hiking. These shoes are so comfortable that I now wear these bad boys instead of my tennis shoes for daily errands and walking around. Like water shoes, they were good at draining water, pebbles, and sand. They handled climbing wet rocks and trails, provided enough support for hikes through the rainforest, and are super easy to clean…

Super comfortable and practical

Took them out of the box and put them on when they arrived. I panicked thinking they were too tight. Since the top is canvas, I gave them about an hour or two to walk around the house. They have good stretch and are not too tight. If it helps, I'm a men's size 11 and have slightly wider feet than most. They fit well after I've worn them for a few hours and the canvas has loosened a bit. I wore them on a fishing trip and ended up getting wet. During the day, they dried quickly in the sun (and…

A few minutes is fine but after 10+ my legs start to hurt

The material they're made of is pretty good but they're not very well constructed and they don't last more than a few minutes. When I'm on my boat for a few minutes I tend to take them off and prefer dealing with a hot deck than these. The toe box is a little narrow and the rest of the foot is a little wide (no, I don't have an unusually shaped foot). They need some arch form and tighter around the foot and I would like them a lot more. The finger box is not a deal breaker. Anyway, I wear them…

Terrible! Throw away your shoes and put on a box!

Unfortunately I was not impressed and felt that it was the money down the drain. We bought these because they were advertised as a type of shoe that can get wet, dries relatively quickly, is comfortable and has some stain resistance. Oh, and they looked pretty too! We spent some time looking for this shoe, reading all the descriptions and reviews, good and bad. Pros: They look good when new. The bad: Can't tell how quickly they dried but he's only worn them on the boat once during the day and…

Great buy, comfortable, durable and cheaper than the Academy price.

I bought my husband a present for Father's Day. He has a pair I bought him 6 months ago which he loves and wears to work every day (he switches to boots there) and when he puts on work boots. He usually wears a 10.5, but this 11 is more comfortable with socks (or without, he wears both). I bought his original pair at the Academy 6 months ago for about $75 which seemed expensive at the time but he wears them ALL THE TIME and they have held up so well. They (original pair) are a bit dirty but we…
