It looks like they will be a lot heavier than they are. They weighed 6.4 ounces. each on my letter scale. They are definitely lighter than my son's wellies. My son has very wide feet and when trying to put them on there was a little resistance even though there was enough room in the sock. I liked it because the legs don't fly out of them when they stomp in the snow. I love how durable and unisex they are because I know a few more kids will benefit a lot from them for years to come.

The boots look good and are sturdy. They look large from the outside but I was able to easily pull the liner out and check the size and it fits. Be very careful when choosing your size! Measure your child's foot and compare it with the size chart. The size is very different. My daughter normally wears 26 EU but these sizes are 29 EU.

They are actually a bit small, especially for winter boots, which tend to be slightly larger to accommodate winter pants and socks. I would order one size larger.

These are great basic boots for cold snow days. I am a grown woman but I have small feet and a size 6 is suitable for children and I have room to put on thicker socks. Sizing is quite short, even on a child they will be short as if they have not changed size between younger child's sizes and older child's sizes. That part aside, it's definitely a quality shoe: the bottom is textured and thick to prevent slipping on ice, and the padding is thick (and waterproof) all over. There is a velcro strap

They fit as expected and are very well made. They will come in handy on a rainy day as my child can't resist the temptation of a puddle of water but these boots will resist and keep her socks dry. They look great with pants, they go really well together.

Those are great boots. The quality is excellent, they are very grippy and they are well insulated. Definitely a big step up in quality from the usual winter boots that pop up in stores when the snow starts to fall.

I bought them for my grandson, he loves them, he opened the box and put them on while I was at work. I walked around in it all day, took a nap in it, when I got home he said thank you grandma! 😘

These boots are very well made. The sole is thick, the inside is very warm. They are intended as winter boots but as this is not suitable for the weather I haven't had time to test it yet. We went larger and were allowed to add a little extra padding for thicker socks. I am very happy with these boots!

My 4 year old is a size 9/10 depending on the brand and a size 10 was too small for foot height not length. The top of his foot was having trouble getting in. The way it opens is good, but I wish they had more stretch material lower down to allow the foot to slide more easily.

The toe of the boots is turned upwards, like elven shoes. This caused the seam that attaches the fabric to the hard rubber outsole to buckle and dig into the toe of my son's foot, even with a larger boot. He is 9 years old and found these to be one of the most uncomfortable boots he has ever worn. My husband and I were very disappointed with how odd these boots looked because the toe was so high. Very disappointing!

These are very durable waterproof winter boots. They're a lot lighter than they look and have a soft fleece interior. They are elastic and the velcro is strong and holds them well. In terms of size and fit, they are not very forgiving. They're stiff and don't really flex at the balls of your feet, so they're a little clunky. I bought these for my 11 year old son who now wears size 5 shoes. They fit him well enough to wear with thick socks this winter. I might even have to borrow them. I usually wear women's size 7, but I usually fit youth sizes 5-6 and these are no exception. Being a Columbia brand they are well made and durable enough to withstand child abuse. I am very happy with these boots.
