Even better!: Power cord

I upgraded a GTX 1070 ti GPU with an AMD Radeon Rx 580. My power supply alone had 8 pins, I also added 2x8 pins (6+2). My GPU and PSU are working fine so far!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad

Works well.: Cables and Connections

Use with a Radeon VII to power a PCIe expansion card. High quality PCIe power cabling. A bit pricey, but no complaints when running very expensive GPUs.

Pros
  • Holding my fists
Cons
  • Set low

This help with our new cooler

It was just what we needed for a new cooler. I just wish the company that made the cooler would tell us we needed it, but once we realized this it solved the problem

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • boring packaging

Brand and power supply to support multiple graphics cards

If you have 750W power and only two 8-pin PCIX connectors, you can use a card splitter with 4 8-pin PCIX connectors to connect two graphics cards to be installed in your desktop computer if your motherboard supports two cards.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Did some research and works as intended

I used this to run graphics cards. I was very concerned that the pin headers would not match or work with my power supply. It works great. But seriously, see if your PSU connectors match. It took a while to get this working and if you're going to buy an extra cable for your build you want to make sure you buy the right cable the first time. There weren't many other 8-pin female connectors like this one. split but from 2-3 on this site I recommend this one.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

Fits GTX 970 IN THE CORRECT ORDER

I was building a new computer but wanted to get a fairly new power supply from my old build to the new one so I needed something to replace this one. I bought 500w which only have 8 pci output. The gtx 970 needs 8+6 and I didn't want to buy 650 watts for a media computer. This splitter only worked after I swapped input 6 and 8 PCI. It's not obvious what order it happens in, and there's no harm in getting it wrong the first time. The GPU is intelligent enough to recognize the voltage.

Pros
  • Audio & Video Accessories
Cons
  • I will add later
