I like the ease of use, the ability to have all of my information on one site, and the ability to have all of my emails on one site. I dislike the fact that it doesn't have a mobile app yet. I love that this is an online platform for our church ministry! The ability to access it from anywhere makes things so much easier when we're trying meet in person at various locations around town, as well as working remotely during hurricane season (which happened recently). I like that it is a web app that we can use anywhere without needing to be connected to the computer. I also like that it is easy to navigate and easy to use.
