I recently invested in an anti-static scanner cover for my document scanner and I must say, it works wonders! My scanner used to accumulate too much static, causing frequent paper jams and equipment failure, but this cover has put an end to all that. As my tests showed, it's completely waterproof as well, keeping my scanner safe during unforeseen spills or accidents. The only downside is that it adds a little weight to the machine, but it's well worth it in the long run. I highly recommend this

This is a regular dust cover, I was hoping it would fit the new ScanSnap better. It's also a very thin vinyl. For the price, I was expecting something thicker/more customized since it's intended for the ScanSnap (the lid has a lot more height than necessary). However, it will do the job, so it's not worth the hassle of sending it back.
