High performance street, very strong mid-range. Needs headers and 2200+ stall. 1,800-6,000 RPM Operating Range. 230/236 Duration at .050". 110 Degree Lobe Separation Angle. 0.520"/0.523" Valve Lift. CL Kits include a camshaft, a set of lifters, instructions and assembly lubricant. Excellent performance in street carbureted applications. Quicker opening lobe profiles deliver increased responsiveness and more area under the lift curve. More vacuum allows an increase in duration for improved performance and assists power brakes. Best performance with aftermarket intake manifolds, headers and lower gear ratios. Fits Oldsmobile 260-455. Made in USA.

Disappointing Automotive Engine Lifter

Based on my observations, this engine lifter did not live up to the advertised performance level. While it provided a decent boost in horsepower the noise and vibration it introduced into my cars engine were unacceptable. The fact that it also required extensive modification to my engine block only added to the disappointment. .

Comp XE 262H Olds 350

Changing my original 5 star rating to 2 stars. This camera initially seemed great and if held up it probably would still be great. However, this did not last. The engine was a rebuilt 72.350 with 8.5:1 compression, 1-5/8 headers, Performer intake, which initially put out plenty of power throughout the rev range, good vacuum at idle. However! At revs above 4000, he had a failure, and as a result, 2 intake blades went flat. Cam was broken in with comp supplied lube, used a high zddp oil and 2…
