They really wanted to make it up to me by offering me a replacement or a different style crimper to try out. I told them yes, I'll try another one out. This tool works surprisingly well for the price. If you are a homeowner and need to make some connections it should work fine for you but I can't say how well it will work after you've crimped on 100 connectors. Buy a better one if you need one for work. If you are a pro, always buy pro quality tools.

I tried several RJ-45 connectors with round cable and I was able to work smoothly. I did several connections with at least 4 RJ-45 without a single inconvenient.

Does what it needs to, crimped all the ethernet cables I could possibly need. The cable cutter was very convenient and helped a lot. Not really much to say here, it does the job well and that's all I needed it to do.

This works well enough. I had to crimp really hard a few times to get it perfect but the pass through connectors are great. Saves a lot of headache

Very cheaply made. High failure of miss crimps. Using Cat 6 cable. Several times the blades do not pierce the cable evenly on the RJ-45 connector. I was using Ideal RJ-45 connectors. I bought a Kline crimper and I have not had any more issues.
