304 Stainless Steel Locknut with 2 Red Silicon Gaskets. Cast Stainless Steel Grooved Locknut with 1/2" NPT threads for maximum leakproof. Hex shape provides leverage for wrench installation. High Temp Red Silicon Gasket x2. Provides leak free installation for all 1/2" Home Brewing parts.

Quality fitting for industrial use

I recently purchased a stainless steel grooved fitting for my industrial plumbing needs .As a new buyer, I can attest that this product is of high quality, durable and easy to install. The fitting has a smooth flow and provided leak-free connections in my application. The pros of THIS product is its reliability and long-lasting use. Additionally it is resistant to corrosion and can withstand high temperatures. The only con I found is that it is slightly pricey, but the benefits outweigh the…

Garbage-grade Fitting for Plumbing and Pneumatics

This so-called "industrial and scientific" fitting is nothing but utter trash. The grooves make it a nightmare to install and the material feels cheap. The only positive is it`s stainless, but even that doesn't make up for all its flaws..

Got this to attach a shower head

got one of those two headed shower heads where one head is held in the hand. They come with plastic locking nuts to hold the deflector in place where they will break if you over tighten even just a little. Well this thing is absolutely perfect for the job as it was made out of metal to prevent leaks when home brewing.
