They do their job, great screw, perfect proportions, great communication. Regardless of the quality, I wish I didn't have to pay $10 just for a set, but it is.

Not suitable. I have no idea what it's designed for, but it's not good for connecting a thick cable to a standard car booster amp. I won't even return it. Fits a heavy duty power cord, but will not fit an outlet on an amplifier. About 5% is too big no matter how I rotate it. The metal is too dense to be sanded.

The universal truth that you get what you pay for applies to these poorly made adapters. and coarse threads which I have no doubt will break easily, so I treat them as if I have a chance of tightening them by the cable.

I didn't even know these existed! Love them, I'm very happy with this solution to a problem audio guys deal with on a daily basis, or even anyone hooking up an amp. It keeps your wiring tidy, no frayed wires or fiddling with terminals on the connector ends, just screw them on nice and tight, wrap them in shrink wrap so they don't touch each other, and plug them into your amp (correctly, of course), you'll make a world of difference notice how easy this whole setup is.

Cannot compare to other brands but I have no complaints about the items received and have already ordered another pair for a different amp. They look good with no obvious burrs or processing marks. No problem with threads for set screws. The 4ga racks aren't exactly in the middle, so if your power and ground connections are close together, it *might* be possible to use them by rotating them 90 degrees (so the set screws face each other), but then flattening the edge does not match the set…
