Everything started great and turned out to be very helpful. I liked that you can use different ones for different products. However, after a few months they started to crumble. Check out the photos to see what happened to one of them. I contacted the seller, they agreed to replace it, but it's been a few months - the seller doesn't answer.

They are advertised as 1mm thick when in fact they are 0.72mm thick - THIN (and false advertising). They should replace some of the older 1.47mm plastic and the difference is clear. Their thin profile makes them very easy to bend to move the cut contents into the container, but I also think they will soon develop a permanent bend that will make cutting impossible. Very fat? Compared to a piece of paper maybe.

At first I thought this would be a great buy because it would help me easily distinguish between cutting boards for different types of food. I was expecting thicker plastic but this product is not that thick at all. It was only slightly thicker than what I had as a plastic dining table mat. I really like these chopping boards. They stand up to sharp blades, are easy to clean, and I like badges that protect you from cross-contamination (no matter how clean, it's just good practice). They're dishwasher safe and a decent size and I'm very glad I finally haven't spilled any diced food when I tossed them in a pot or pan. We have been using these cutting mats quite extensively for 6 months now and are happy with them. They're thicker than previous plastic mats, but can easily curl up on the sides to guide food into a bowl or pan. But then they lay flat. Other old carpets kept curling up and just sitting on the edge in the closet. You stay flat. Very easy to rinse off and dry quickly with a paper towel.
