So far so good for drill press parts and accessories

This has withstood the effort I put into it. Got almost 5 stars. The only feature it lacks is the presence of cartridge aircraft on it. They don't have to be very large, just enough that the cartridge has a flat surface to grip when tightening. This would completely eliminate any slip that may occur due to the operation of the large hone/bit at its end.

Pros
  • power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • piggy bank prize

It seems to be made of good quality material etc., but if you have a drill bit over 4" in diameter, it needs a lot of constant torque to rotate it. This type of torque can bend almost any thin metal if the drill bit gets stuck. It happened to me about an hour later, the wave was spinning and now it doesn't cost anything. Should have rented the rig upfront and saved $40 on that adapter.

Pros
  • Power Tools & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Long Delivery Time

Curves when used with a 4.5 " hole saw in concrete slab

For drilling, I have a 1-1/4" 7 core drill bit adapter to an SDS PLUS adapter with a Bosch Bulldog and a 4.5 -inch hole saw uses some holes in 4" concrete slabs and while I was VERY careful not to let the drill bit get stuck in the hole or apply sideways/angular torque to the bit, the SDS end of the adapter was bent. This bit is just a bad idea for use with larger (2"+) concrete bits as the diameter of the SDS adapter is too small to give it enough power to handle the torque of a larger core…

Pros
  • Drill
Cons
  • Expensive
